Ingredients

• 4 Hot Scott Pete Polish Sausage , sliced
• 2 pounds baby potatoes
• 1/2 cup diced red onion
• 1/4 cup diced pickled hot peppers
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
• 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, divided
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 3 tablespoons grainy mustard
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
