These Dark Chocolate Mini Egg Cookies are made with my favorite Easter treats! Crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs added to basic cookie dough equals pure decadence!
Ingredients
- 1 C butter, softened
- 1/4 C light brown sugar
- 1/4 C sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t vanilla bean paste
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 3 C all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 C Dark Chocolate Cadbury Mini Eggs, crushed
