Ingredients

• 12 small golden potatoes
• ¼ cup butter
• ¼ cup flour
• 2 cups milk
• ½ teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• salt and pepper (to taste)
• 8 ounces cooked ham (diced)
• 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken (diced or shredded)
• 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (divided (could also use mozzarella or Provolone cheese))
