• 1 packet of Refried Beans
• 2 tsp Chipotle Paste
• 300g Passata
• 75g / 1/2 cup frozen peas
• 3-4 tblsp olive oil, for cooking
• 1 plantain, peeled and cut into slices
• 4 Soft Taco Wraps
• 4 eggs
• Salt and pepper, for seasoning
• 150g / 1 cup ham, diced
• 1 avocado, sliced
• 1 small handful of coriander, finely chopped
