- Yellow food coloring

- 1/2 cup raisins, soaked overnight and drained
- 3/4 cup chopped toasted almonds
- 3/4 cup toasted chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 tablespoons chocolate chips
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
- Colored sprinkles or nonpareils, for decorating
