• 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) peeled and cubed potatoes (about 2 potatoes)
• 2 cups (500 ml) peeled and cubed sweet potatoes (about 1 potato)
• 1 tablespoon (15 ml) butter
• 3 tablespoons (45 ml) milk, approximately
• The meat of 4 breakfast sausages
• 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) 35% cream
• Salt and pepper
