• 10-12 Tortillas, yellow or white corn 6 inch tortillas
• 1 tsp Fajita Seasoning, or Taco Seasoning
• 1 tsp Oregano
• 1 Jalapeno, minced, remove seeds if don't like heat
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
• 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
• 8 Oz Tomato Sauce
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 Cup Pinto Beans, drained, rinsed and mashed with fork
• 1 White Onion, medium, small diced
• 1 Egg(s), lightly beaten
• 2 tsp Garlic, 2-3 cloves, minced
• 1/2 tsp Salt, adjust to taste
• 1 tbsp Chipotle Paste
• 1/4 tsp Sugar, adjust to taste
• 1 tbsp Lime, juice
• 1 Cup Sour Cream, or Mexican crema
