Pina Colada recipe by Naeema Mia

Ingredients

• 1 tin (400ml) coconut milk /cream
• ¾ cup sugar
• 1 big pineapple, clean and cut
• 500ml water
• 30 ice cubes
• Add coconut milk and sugar in a saucepan bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cool completly.
• Add water and pineapple into a blender with ½ cup sugar, blend and strain in a jug
• Add the coconut mixture, pineapple juice and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
