Pina Colada Mocktail recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 1 Liter chilled pineapple juice
• 1 tin crushed pineapple
• 1 tin coconut cream
• ¼ cup sugar (to taste)
• 1 tray ice cubes
• 1. Mix tinned pineapple with syrup, pineapple juice and cream.
• 2. Add sugar to taste, dissolve in properly.
• 3. Pour in blender with ice & blend.
• 4. Decorate with cherries and sugar rim if desired.
• 5. Serve immediately.
