Pineapple Crescent Cookies
Everybody knows the classic nut crescent cookies, right? Well I always thought they were a bit on the boring side so I tried to change the ingredients, making them a lot more exciting.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour, all purpose
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 cup (225g) Butter, unsalted
- ¼ cup Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ½ cup Sugar, white
- ½ cup Pineapple, crushed/chopped
- ¾ cup Coconut, unsweetened
