Ingredients

• 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp Himalayan rock salt
• 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp ground cloves
• 1/4 tsp ground allspice
• 1/3 cup coconut sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
• 1/8 cup maple syrup/ coconut nectar/ brown rice syrup
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• Optional: 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
• Pumpkin seeds, chopped nuts, dried fruits
• Additional ground cinnamon or ginger
