Peanut Butter Toffee Skillet Blondie

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter (slightly softened, plus more for the skillet)
• 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
• 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
• 2/3 cup granulated sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract (*I usually add 3 in total!)
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/3 cup toffee bits (I use Heath toffee bits)
• 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
• 1/3 cup Reeses Pieces
• Vanilla Ice Cream (for serving)
