• 12 beef meatballs
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• 1 red pepper
• 100g cavolo nero
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 450ml boiling water
• ½ tbsp olive, sunflower or coconut oil
• Sea salt
• 2 tbsp cold water
