- 1 pound penne pasta or other small tube-shaped pasta
- 1 pound gruyere cheese, grated
- 2 cups creme fraiche
- 2 cups cream
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 T whole grain mustard
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
