Ingredients

• 180g Salted butter, softened 
• 230g (1 Cup) Brown sugar, firmly packed
• 1 Large egg
• 1 Large egg yolk
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract
• 330g (2 Cups + 3 Tbsp) Plain flour
• 1 tsp Flaky sea salt + extra for sprinkling 
• ½ tsp Baking soda
• 75g Whittaker's Peanut Butter chocolate, chopped into chunks
• 75g Whittaker's Almond Gold chocolate, chopped into chunks
