• 1 cup salted butter
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 egg yolk, room temperature
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup Diamond of California chopped walnuts
• For the Chocolate Coating
• 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
• 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped small
