Ingredients: 1½ kg chicken pieces washed & drained Marinate with:; 2 tablespoons @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic masala; 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ chilli and garlic paste; 2 teaspoons chilli powder; 2 teaspoons rustenburg chilli powder; 2 teaspoons crushed chillies; 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo; ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric); 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin); Few cloves peppercorns Taj Elachi (cardomom); 1 cup fried onions; 2 teaspoons ground green chillies; 3 slit chillies; 1 cup yoghurt (I used 1 cup sour milk); 1 packet tomato 🍅 paste; Add in 4 tablespoon mayo; 1 teaspoon saffron steeped in boiling water; ¼ teaspoon saffron essence
