• 2 teaspoons crushed ginger
• 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon course black pepper
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
• 1&1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1&1/2 teaspoon green chilli paste
• 2 Cups thick plain yoghurt
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1/2 Cup hot water
• 1 tablespoon fine almonds
• 1/2 teaspoon saffron - soaked into 1/2 Cup boiling water
