Ingredients

• 375 mL (1-1/2 cups) of small shell or other pasta
• 1 - 125 g (4 oz.) package of duBreton Sliced Smoked Ham Black Forest , diced
• 500 mL (2 cups) of cucumber, cubed
• 500 mL (2 cups) of carrot, grated
• 60 mL (1/4 cup) of mayonnaise or plain yogourt
• 15 mL (1 tbsp.) of Dijon mustard
• 15 mL (1 tbsp.) of honey
• Salt and fresh ground pepper
