- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 c water
- 1/2 c powdered milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 t salt
- 4 c flour
- 8 T butter (soft, room temperature)
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c white sugar
- 2 T cinnamon
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 c butter
- 3/4 c powdered sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- milk or cream to reach desired consistency
