• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
• 2 teaspoons agave syrup
• 1 cup vegetable broth
• 8 lasagna sheets
• 1 cup raw cashews, soaked
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/2 sweet onion, chopped
• salt and pepper to taste
