• 1 head of garlic, roasted
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
• 2 cups (3 oz) fresh spinach, chopped
• 1 14-oz can Reese Specialty Foods Quartered Artichoke Hearts, drained
• 8 oz shredded mozzarella
• 1/4 cup whole milk ricotta, optional
