- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 6 Egg yolks
- 90g (⅓ cup) Cornflour
- 120ml (½ cup) Water
- 110g Whittaker's Creamy Milk Chocolate, chopped
- 80ml (1/3 cup) Cream
- 50g Whittaker's Creamy Milk Chocolate, finely chopped, to decorate
