Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, chilled
- ½ cup heavy (whipping) cream
- 1 large egg
- 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 6 oz (3/4 c) white couverture chocolate, cut into ½ Inch chunks or smaller
- 1 cup finely chopped dried apricots
- ¼ cup finely chopped crystallized ginger
