• 2 11-ounce cans of whole kernel sweet corn
• 1 cup diced red onion
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1 Japanese cucumber, seeded and diced
• ½ cup jicama or water chestnuts, diced
• 1 jalapeño chiles, seeds and stem removed, minced
• 1 cup Ono Drizzle Sauce, or substitute hot and spicy creamy salad dressing
• ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
