Chinese Fried Rice | My Recipe recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups rice
• 2 carrots cut into julienna strips
• Handful spring onion
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• ½ teaspoon crushed garlic
• Ground green chillies as per how strong you eat I add ½ teaspoon
• ¼ teaspoon haldi
• 1 teaspoon crushed pepper
• ½ teaspoon garlic salt
• ½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• ½ teaspoon Chinese salt (optional )
• 3 tablespoon soya sauce
• Butter
• 2 eggs
