- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
