Ingredients

• 100 gram (3 ounces) unsalted butter, softened
• 1/2 cup (80g) icing (confectioners') sugar
• 1/2 cup (140g) crunchy peanut butter
• 12 5cm x 9cm (2-inch x 33/4-inch) ice-cream wafers
• 60 gram (2 ounces) dark eating (semi-sweet) chocolate, melted
• 1/3 cup (45g) roasted unsalted peanuts
• 1/2 cup (110g) caster (superfine) sugar
• 1/4 cup (60ml) water
