Ingredients

• 4 brown onions, sliced
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 large eggs
• 200 ml milk
• 2 ¼ cups self raising flour
• 2 tsp dijon mustard
• 125 g mature cheddar grated
• 50 g parmesan cheese grated
• 50 g butter
• 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
