Ingredients

• 325g plain flour
• 200ml lukewarm water
• 35g unsalted butter, soft
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp instant yeast
• Everything bagel seasoning
• 8 streaky bacon rashers, cooked
• 400g cream cheese
• 1 lemon, juice
• 1 tbsp fresh dill, roughly chopped
• 1 small bunch chives, finely chopped
• 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Salt and pepper, to taste
