• 2 - 32 ounce containers chicken broth
• 1 large tub spinach leaves
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 2 to 3 dashes of Tobasco
• 1 - 1/2 cups milk or milk substitute
• instant potatoes
• Optional: grated cheese and/or croutons
