Hot Honey Sweet Potato Bowl -

Ingredients

• For the Sweet Potatoes:
• 2 sweet potatoes, diced
• 1 tsp. paprika
• 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
• salt and pepper, to taste
• For the Salad:
• 1 cup Organic Whole Milk Plain Lifeway Kefir
• juice of a lemon
• lemon zest (to taste, from about 1/4 a lemon)
• 1 tsp. onion powder
• 1 tsp. smoked paprika
• 1 tsp. black pepper
• 1 tsp. hot honey
• 1/3 an onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup Farmer Cheese
• 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
• 8 oz. coleslaw
• For the Dressing:
• 1/4 cup dijon mustard
• 1/4 cup hot honey
• 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
• juice of 1/2 a lemon
• lemon zest (to taste)
