- 1 tbsp chopped oregano
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 250g Dodoni Feta, cubed
- 1/4 lemon, sliced
- 1-2 dried chillies
- 1-2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Jar with a lid
- Light olive oil - to cover
