Ingredients

• 2 (9-oz) lobster tails;
• 1/4 c Butter or margarine
• 1/4 c Sherry or dry white wine
• Melted butter or margarine
• 2 tb Flour
• 1 1/2 c Light Cream Or Milk
• 1 ts Lemon juice
• 2 Egg yolks
• 1/2 ts Salt
• 1 ds Cayenne pepper
