Easy Chicken Pot Roast (can Also Be Oven Baked) recipe by Taskeen Jamal Karim

Ingredients

• 1 chicken, cut into pieces
• 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger garlic
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon tumeric
• 2 teaspoons chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon red crushed chillies
• 2 teaspoons crushed dhania (coriander)/jeeru (cumin)
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon white pepper
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 2 tomatoes grated (I used can)
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
• 2 tablespoons chilli sauce
• 2 tablespoons mayonaise
• ¼ teaspoon yellow colouring
• ½ teaspoon saffron
• 2 tablespoons ghee (Clarified butter)
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 2 cinnamon sticks, 2 cloves , 2 Elachi (cardomom) pods
• 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
• 2 teaspoons sliced
