A delicious take on Marry Me Chicken with pesto and sun dried tomatoes
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts (I just season and roast these in the oven)
- 1 tbsp oil from the Sun Dried Tomato Jar (or Olive Oil)
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 onion (white, yellow or skip it)
- 3/4 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes (the kind in the jar w/oil)
- 1 tsp Oregano & Paprika
- 1 cup dried orzo
- 2 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup pesto
- Additional salt & pepper to taste
