Cheddar Curd and Bacon Quiche | Face Rock Creamery

Ingredients

• 1 Pie Crust (use your favorite homemade, or purchase an all-butter pre-made crust)
• 5 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled plus 2  whole cooked slices for garnish
• ½ cup onion slices
• 1 8 oz tub Face Rock Cheddar curds
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup half and half
• ½ T Salt
• ½ t pepper
