Layered Southwestern Pasta Salad

Ingredients

• 8 oz Shells Medium
• 2 ts Vegetable oil
• 1/2 ts Ground cumin
• Salt to taste
• 1 15-oz can black beans
• 1 11-oz can whole kernel corn
• 1 Red bell pepper
• 3/4 c Green Onions Sliced
• 1 2.25-oz can sliced black olives
• 3/4 c Non-fat mayonnaise
• 1/2 c Non-fat sour cream
• 1/4 c Hot or mild salsa plus
• 2 tb Hot or mild salsa
• 2 tb fresh cilantro Minced
