Salty salad spray recipe

Ingredients

• 4-6 sprouting broccoli stems, steamed and cooled, left whole
• 2 asparagus spears, steamed, cooled and thinly sliced
• 1 large Salad Bowl lettuce or iceberg lettuce, chopped
• 250g (drained weight) tinned mixed beans, drained
• 1 carrot, peeled and then shaved into ribbons with a peeler
• 1 celery stick, sliced
• 1 red onion, sliced
• ½ fennel bulb, finely sliced
• Handful of sprouted seeds
• 2 tbsp toasted seeds, such as sunflower, pumpkin or hemp seeds
• 1 tbsp capers in brine or vinegar, drained
