• 1/2 cup vodka
• 3/4 pound cherry tomatoes, halved, reserving a few for garnish
• 2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons pesto, plus more for garnish

• 1/2 cup parmesan, plus more for serving
• fresh basil, for garnish
