• 300 g Pasta
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 Onion (finely chopped,)
• 2 cloves Garlic (minced,)
• 400 g Tomatoes ( chopped)
• 200 ml Double Cream
• 1 tsp Dried Oregano
• 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Parmesan cheese for serving (grated)
• Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
