• Lemon juice 1/4 cup (59ml)
• Honey 2 cups (474ml)
• Orange juice
• Coarse sea salt - to taste
• 1 Watercress - coarse stems removed
• Lemon edges
• 1 Onion, thinly sliced, - soaked 30 minutes (medium) in ice water
