• 5 cups (about 2 pounds) of Strawberries cut in half
• 3 Tbsp of Cornstarch
• 1 cup of Water
• 1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar
• 1 3oz Pk of Strawberry Gelatin
• 8 oz of Mascarpone, softened to room temperature
• 1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar
• 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 tsp of Lemon Zest
• 1 cup Heavy Cream
