- 2 Grated carrots

- 2 teaspoons peri peri powder, curry leaves,
- Add to rice and leave to steam.
- 2 teaspoons @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons Calcutta Portuguese spice
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- Few drops red colouring
