carrot cake brownies - Soulfire Kitchen

Ingredients

• 5 small Carrots
• 1 Apple
• 1 Orange (Zest and juice)
• 10 Medjoul dates
• 4 Eggs (Free range)
• 1-2 handfulls Raisins
• 2 tbsp Coconut oil
• 60 g Almond flour
• 80 g Chestnut flour
• 40 g Coconut flour
• 50 g Dried grated coconut
• 2 tbsp Apple fibre
• 2 tsp Walnuts
• 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp Ginger powder
• 1 tsp Cardamom
• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
• 1 pinch Baking soda
• Sea salt
