Salsa Mexicana - also known as pico de gallo! This is the traditional Mexican salsa that we enjoy at our home in Cabo on a regular basis and it is so easy!
Ingredients
- 4 med tomatoes (diced)
- 1 jalapeño pepper (for medium heat)
- 1 chili de arbol or Serrano chili (for spicy salsa)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- ½ cup fresh cilantro (rough chopped)
- ¼ cup onion (diced)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
