- 25g butter
- 50g soft light brown sugar
- 100g pecans
- 2 red or green apples
- 2 chicory
- a couple of handfuls of mixed leaves, such as rocket and radicchio
- DRESSING
- 1 orange

- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
