• 16 oz sour cream
• 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
• 1 can Reese Chopped Artichoke Hearts , drained
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp hot sauce
• 1 tbsp sil
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 cup black beans, drained & rinsed
• 2 tomatoes, finely diced
• 1/3 cup onion, finely diced
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
