Carne Asada

Ingredients

• 3 lbs skirt or flank steak
• Handful cilantro
• 2 tsp cumin
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 1 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 jalapeño with seeds
• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 2 limes
• 4 garlic cloves
• 2 tsp chilli powder
