• 1 tsp each - paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, celery salt and oregano
• 1 cup plain flour
• 1 cup rice flour
• ½ carton of buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• Vegetable oil for deep frying
• Flakey salt for seasoning
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• ¼ cup sour cream
• ¼ cup buttermilk
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• Salt and pepper for seasoning
• 50 g grated blue cheese
